The Langtang valley was discovered by a Lama following runway Yak, hence the name "Lang" is Yak for Tibetan and "Tang" means to follow Lang tang is a narrow valley that lies just north part of Kathmandu and near of Tibet (china) boarder, sandwiched between main Himalayan range to the northern and a slightly lower range of snow clad peaks to the south. People of Tibetan origin, who practice Buddhism, habituate this high and isolated region. We visit to Langtang valleys offers an opportunity to explore village and monasteries. We pass through a variety of landscapes – alpine meadows, rhododendron forests, and yak pastures as well as to visit glaciers at the head of the valley and views of Mt. Langtang, Mt. Dorjelakpsa 6990m. Mt. Langtang- Lirung 7245m., Mt. Ganesh 7406Mt and more mountains. The people in this area are mostly of Tamang and Tibetan origin, whose culture goes back hundreds of years. The craftsmanship, dress, traditionally built stone households and the beautifully carved wooden porches reflect the solitude and the serenity of the Himalayan scenery.
